In todays world we have had so much pressure added to daily life. With us being so connected at every level, phones, tablets, laptops, email, video chat & social media, it's no wonder that we feel pulled or pushed in a thousands different directions. It's because we are. That was before the COVID -19 virus hit. Now we have even more on our minds than before. So with all of this going on in our world it can be very easy to get over whelmed and feel like its just too much and that the world is closing in on you. What you must keep in mind is that you are stronger than you think. Our brains are capable of so many amazing things. Just look at what all you have already done over the past few days. Look at how we have adapted and changed to make our world safer and protect the ones we love. You are stronger than you think. What do you do when it all seems as though it is closing in and becoming too much to deal with? That's a great question, over the next few days I am going to be putting out blogs on things we can do to help with that feeling and help us find that we really are stronger than we think. I will be going into a more in depth explanation of what we can do and how to do them. My goal with doing it over the next few days is that they can be cut in to small more easily consumed pieces of information. I don't want to give you a huge long blog that takes 30- 45 minuets to read. It's easier to read one that 5-10 minutes and then go away with he information and put it into place and use it to help with your day. I want this to be a help for people who need some help in the new world we are finding ourselves in.
